Ear Infection

I took Emma to the doctor today because she has not been feeling well. It turns out she has her first ear infection. Also a while back I posted that I had weighed her on our scale at home and she weighed 15.5 pounds. Well....there is no way that is right because when she went to the doctor today she weighed 14 pounds 11 ounces.

This picture was taken the night before I took her to the doctor. We were carving pumpkins and she was just pitiful with her red poofy eyes.

Emma's ready for Halloween

Yesterday I hollowed out a pumpkin, cut two holes in it, and took some pictures. Emma hated every minute of it but I got a couple good pictures. When She was happy She was eating the pumpkin. So I can officially say that was her first food.

We went to Mabry Mill today and now we are in Sparta. These are a few pictures Ryan and I took today.

3 months old

Emma is 3 months old today. She is starting to hold herself up better, she is happier, and she sleeps around 10 hours at night. I weighed her on our scale at home so I don't know how accurate it is but she weighs 15.5 pounds. Her are a few pictures I just took.

Dedication

Yesterday Emma was Dedicated at Poplar Ridge Friends Meeting. She was wearing the dress that I wore when I was Christened. She looked so pretty.

Thumb Sucker

Well, a couple days ago Emma found Her thumb and now every time She lays down it goes strait to the mouth. I believe We are just going to have to deal with it. It is cute but I guess I am just thinking in the long run how hard it is going to be to get Her to stop.

Emma and Rylan

Rylan came home tonight, got Emma out of Her car seat, took off her sweater, and played with Her for a minute. Then He carried Her over to Her changing station and got Her ready for Her bath. After I gave Emma a bath I put Her on the changing station and Rylan lotioned Her up, put on Her diaper, and put Her pajama's on. He was such the big brother tonight. It was His first time putting a diaper on Her. He was grinning from ear to ear.
